Track & Trace Professional
Job Description: Responsible for all in-transit activities for existing shipments. Managing expectations with dispatchers and drivers including dispatching, assisting in communication with the customer with assistance in loading, issues or modifications in transit, and unloading of all products. Learning and understanding customer needs to facilitate service as well as monitoring driver progress on a load-by-load basis ensuring customer needs are met. This is a salary position with a shared commission structure and an expected average of 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a solid understanding of account needs and requirements such as tracking requirements and updating tables needed.
- Tracking of all shipments assigned during scheduled shifts. Proactively identify, report, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to help fix issues in a timely manner.
- Focus on growing metrics of check calls, outgoing phone calls, and incoming phone calls with periodic reviews with direct supervisor.
- Monitor and respond to customer emails immediately.
Qualifications:
- A successful candidate needs to have critical thinking as well as strict attention to detail.
- 6 months of freight industry/brokerage experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic to mid-level computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel).

Carrier Sales Representative
Job Description: A Carrier Sales Representative will source and secure eligible truckload carriers for existing customer truckload freight. You will build your own book of truckload carriers for various customers and modes. You will be ensuring that all loads are efficiently sourced, picked up, tracked, and delivered. You will also be responsible for various KPIs to maximize carrier efficiency and service to our customer partners. This is a salary position plus a robust uncapped commission structure, with the expected average of 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of carriers – source new, build, and maintain existing ones.
- Negotiate prices in order to maximize profitability.
- Ownership of freight throughout the lifecycle of the shipment from covering the load (both day of and working ahead), ensuring the load is checked on periodically, through the delivery, and collecting paperwork for the billing process.
- Grow truckload carrier base, enhance existing carrier relationships, and enhance abilities of carrier representative team.
- Meet and maintain weekly KPI goals including Volume, Gross Margin, Sourcing, GM%, Service, and periodic reviews with the supervisor.
- Use internal and external resources and knowledge to identify trends and present the state of the freight market to assist in negotiations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of freight industry/brokerage experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic to mid-level computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel).
- Sales and networking skills to build relationships.
- High attention to detail as well as accuracy.
- Critical thinking as well as the ability to identify and prevent issues with agility.

Customer Sales Representative
Job Description: Customer Sales Representatives are responsible for growing and fostering existing and potential customers in your account portfolio. You will gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs and provide shipping quotes to them. They are fully responsible for all transactions, customer relationships, service expectations, Gross Margin, Gross Margin percentage, and volume for all existing customers. This is a salary position plus a robust uncapped commission structure, with an expected average of 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for rate negotiations with assigned customers from preliminary discussions throughout the entire RFP process and/or spot bid opportunities.
- Must ensure acceptance of tenders and order entry is done accurately and timely.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to customers in the portfolio.
- Meet and maintain KPIs Meet and maintain weekly KPI goals including Volume, Gross Margin, Sourcing, GM%, and service. Expect monthly reviews with the direct supervisor.
- Responsible for ensuring all paperwork for payment from customers is collected for the completion of the billing process within customer payment terms.
- Inputting all necessary information into the order in TMS including scheduled pick and delivery times, coordinating the pickup of shipments, appointments needed, and all critical information needed for shipments.
- Grow Relationships with current customers.
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of freight industry/brokerage experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic to mid-level computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel).
- Existing customer relationships preferred, though not required.
- Sales and networking skills to build relationships.
- High attention to detail as well as accuracy.
- Extensive and continuing education of freight market knowledge.
