Healthy Meals To Eat On The Road - Lunch

Lunch: Turkey Wrap 

 

Ingredients:

2 large flour tortillas 
4 ounces turkey leftover or deli turkey
1 ½ cups lettuce or fresh spinach, shredded
4 large slices of tomato
2 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
¼ cup honey mustard sauce (or sauce of choice) 

Instructions: 

  1. Place tortillas on a plate. Add 2 tablespoons of honey mustard to each tortilla. Divide the remaining ingredients over tortillas. Roll tightly.
  2. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours or serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy this meal with a side of fresh fruit or veggies.
