Breakfast: Hearty On-the-Road Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened regular almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp slivered almonds
2 tbsp dried cherries
2 tbsp dried shredded coconut
*Bonus - the fruit of your choice
Instructions:
- Layer your dried ingredients in the bottom of a mason jar.
- Add almond milk until the ingredients are completely covered. Put the lid on the jar and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
- Leave in the refrigerator or cooler overnight, or at least 2 hours while the chia seeds and oatmeal absorb the almond milk. Enjoy straight from the jar with a spoon.
