Healthy Meals To Eat On The Road - Dinner

Tuna Salad Healthy Recipe 

 

Ingredients: 

  • Two 5-ounce cans of Tuna (recommend white albacore tuna in water)
  • Two celery stalks minced
  • Two tablespoons of minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice
  • One tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing: Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the drained tuna on top, along with the celery and red onions, and gently mix.
  3. You can serve it immediately or let it cool in the fridge for half-hour.
  4. Dice all of the ingredients very finely. This will make everything easier to combine and eat.
  5. Customize this healthy tuna salad with add-ons. You can add additional ingredients like pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes, or boiled eggs.
  6. Enjoy this meal with a side of fresh fruit.
