Driver Spotlight

Our December Spotlight is on Carlos Bulla. Carlos was born and raised in Columbia but has been living in Frisco TX for many years. He is not married but has three beautiful daughters. While Carlos loves dogs and cats, he doesn’t have any pets at this time. Back in 2008, Carlos was going to open his own restaurant but his business partner fell ill at the time and that halted that project. A friend of Carlos suggested he get his CDL and drive with him. Carlos did and he went from restaurant owner to driving an eighteen-wheeler just like that! Carlos has been in trucking for 14 years and has been with Freedom for over 6 years. Carlos says he loves driving a truck because it allows him to see this beautiful country. He enjoys cooking, reading and photography; he’s quite good at photography as he has won our monthly photo contest more than once! Carlos usually spends his free time at home cooking. I think we would all love a chance to taste some of his dishes! We have truly been blessed to have Carlos as part of our Freedom family!
