While you can’t do anything about the weather, you can be prepared for it; make sure you keep a lot of water in your trucks and hydrate often. Make sure you are getting a restorative sleep by blocking windows and not watching anything too action-packed or stressful (no news!), give your body time to digest food before laying down. Sleep and hydration go a long way to keep you healthy!
