April 2023 - Driver Spotlight

Our Driver Spotlight for April 2023 is Jaime Mejia! Jaime was born in El Salvador, and he lived there until he was 20 years old. He then relocated to California for a few years. Now Jaime lives in Dallas, Texas with his family. Jaime and his wife, Amarilys, have three daughters. They also have a two-year-old granddaughter named Genesis. Jaime started his trucking career by driving 12’ and 14’ trucks for a trucking company in Dallas. Some of his coworkers encouraged him to get his CDL. Jaime has been in the trucking industry since 2009. Jaime purchased his first truck in 2015, and he now has 2 trucks driving for Freedom Trans. Jaime loves to be on the road and visit new places. In his free time, Jaime likes to play and watch soccer. We are so blessed to have Jaime on our Freedom team!
